These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern project work. Anything we build for you is covered by a separate written agreement setting out scope, price, timelines, and ownership, agreed before work starts.

The descriptions of services, process, and timescales here are a general account of how we work. They are not a quote and not a contractual commitment. Anything specific to your project, including cost and delivery dates, is confirmed in writing after we have discussed it.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed. Please do not send confidential material through the contact form. If you need to share something sensitive before an agreement is in place, ask us and we will arrange a suitable way to do it.

The text, design, code, and Lexium Industries name and mark on this site belong to Lexium Industries Limited. You are welcome to read, share, and link to it. Republishing it as your own or presenting our work as yours is not permitted.

We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for what they contain.
