Who we are.
Lexium Industries is a software development and consulting company. We work with founders, teams, and businesses on products they need built properly, and we are building a few of our own alongside that.

Scott is a software engineer who started Lexium Industries after spending long enough on projects that were shipped fast and left unmaintainable. The company exists to work the other way around.
Outside client work, he builds tools under the Lexium name, usually ones he wanted for himself and could not find.

You own everything
Repository access from day one and full handover at the end, including infrastructure and accounts. If you want to move to another team, nothing stops you.
Bad news travels fast
If an estimate slips or an approach turns out to be wrong, you hear it that week, while there is still room to do something about it.
Written to be handed over
Tests, documentation, and a commit history that another engineer can pick up without a phone call.
We turn work down
If a project needs skills we do not have, or a deadline we cannot meet properly, we say so early and point you somewhere better.
