Privacy

This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no cookies. The only personal data it collects is what you type into one of the two forms and send to us deliberately.

The contact form collects your name, email address, the project type you select, and your message. The product waitlist form collects your email address only.

We do not collect anything in the background. No account is created, nothing is stored in your browser, and we do not build a profile of your visit.

Form submissions are handled by Formspree, which forwards them to us by email and retains a copy in our account there. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and has its own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

The site is hosted by Render, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. Fonts are served from this domain rather than fetched from Google, so loading a page does not share your IP address with a font provider.

We use what you send to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to carry out that work. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. If you join the product waitlist, we will email you when there is something to show and nothing else.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to actual projects is kept for as long as we need it for that project and for any legal or accounting obligation that follows. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove you.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@lexium.cc and we will action it. There is nothing to unsubscribe from unless you joined the waitlist, in which case one reply asking to be removed is enough.

If we add anything that collects data, such as analytics, this page will be updated before it goes live, and the date at the top will change.
